Table that represents techinque
During a two-week design sprint leading up to Dutch Design Week 2023, PAUW studio collaborated with three other designers at Make Eindhoven, a creative workspace for designers and artists in the city. This unique opportunity allowed the team to experiment with slumped glass and cast aluminum.
They decided to create a coffee table featuring a clever design that relies on interlocking components. The glass is slumped over three cast aluminum plates, which are seamlessly slid into three concrete shapes, resulting in a striking and functional piece.
